Txt-a-Park Billing Correction
In June 2011, we discovered an error in our billing of the Txt-a-Park service.


Due to an anomaly in the billing files we received from our network partner, we unintentionally charged GST twice on these transactions.  

We have now corrected this error and have issued credits to all affected customers, plus a $25 goodwill credit.

For current TelstraClear customers, these credits were applied to your bill in June 2011.  

For customers who had mobile services with TelstraClear between October 2007 and June 2011 but no longer have any services with TelstraClear, these credits were also applied to your old account and a credit statement has been mailed to the last current address we have on record for you.  

If you are no longer living at your old address and think you may be entitled to a Txt-a-Park related credit, or have already received a credit balance statement but have not arranged for a refund, please contact our Customer Services team on 0508 888 800 and we will arrange to have this credit refunded to you by cheque.
