TelstraClear provides both the registration and hosting of your .nz domain name.
If you register your domain name with TelstraClear then you must also have it hosted with us.
TelstraClear has a monthly fee for registering a Domain Name.

Other things you need to know about Domain Names
- The TelstraClear Domain Name registration services is in conjunction with ISOCNZ (The Internet Society of New Zealand) who provide a listing service for domain names.
- These listing services do not provide any validation or endorsement of any claim of title of the right to use a name, other than a check for uniqueness within the registry's records.
- Responsibility for ensuring that the applicant has due title to the domain name rests with the applicant. TelstraClear assumes no liability in this regard.
- TelstraClear's Domain Name registration service is provided to facilitate this process for TelstraClear internet subscribers and assumes that the TelstraClear internet DNS will be the host for your domain names.
- Fourth level Domain Names are only available with DNS+.
- Changing from DNS+ to DNS deletes all DNS Resource Records and makes them non retrievable.
- After registering a domain name with TelstraClear, the account holder will be charged on a monthly basis for the product chosen on TelstraClear account.
- These charges apply per each registered Domain Name. Termination of the service during any month is not an entitlement for a refund for a remaining part of that month.
